The Blue Peter made it back to Cannes last night having just won our first regatta of the season.

We saw of some pretty tough competition and ended up winning the regatta with 3 firsts and a second over the week.

The Blue Peter's first outing of the year was a great success.We were second in The Ladies Cup with an inexperienced but spirited all girl crew.

We have just finished our yearly two weeks of hell in the boatyard, giving the old girl a clean bottom and a new paint job.

Next week will be spent finishing the varnish work, making all the pumps and motors work properly, and hopefully getting the new sails on board.

This all means that we will be up and ready to go sailing for the easter weekend.
